Please note that Prowello does not provide medical advice or offer any health-related services.

2. No Medical Advice

Prowello’s platform is purely informational and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The specialists listed on the platform are responsible for their own services, and Prowello does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or safety of any services offered. We strongly recommend that all users consult with licensed medical professionals before making any health-related decisions.

3. User Registration

B2C (End Users/Guests): Registration on Prowello is free for users seeking services from specialists. By creating an account, users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

B2B (Specialists/Owners): Specialists may create accounts on Prowello to list their services. By registering, specialists agree to provide truthful and accurate information about their qualifications, experience, and services.

4. Account Responsibilities

B2C – Users/Guests: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and for the confidentiality of your account.

B2B – Specialists/owners: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information about your services, education, and experience. You are also responsible for the content you post on the platform, ensuring it complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

5. Reviews and User Feedback

Users (B2C) may leave reviews for specialists after services have been provided. Reviews should be constructive, truthful, and respectful.

Prohibited Behavior:

  • Posting false or misleading reviews.
  • Spamming, including the use of multiple accounts to post fake reviews.
  • Defamatory, offensive, or abusive language.
  • Violating any applicable laws.
  • Prowello reserves the right to remove any reviews that violate these terms or our content guidelines and may suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activity.

6. Specialists’ Service Descriptions

  • Specialists must create descriptions of their services in an informational and non-promotional manner.
  • The description of services should focus on providing clear, accurate information, not advertising or promoting claims that may be prohibited by local laws.
  • Prowello will not be held responsible for any misleading or unlawful claims made by specialists in their service descriptions.

7. Appointments and Bookings

  • Users can book appointments with specialists through the Prowello platform. Users are encouraged to confirm all details and review specialists’ credentials before scheduling any appointments.
  • Specialists are responsible for the services provided during appointments. Prowello is not liable for any issues that may arise during or after appointments.

8. Platform Availability and Access

  • Prowello strives to maintain the availability of the platform 24/7, but access may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance or technical issues.
  • We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.

9. Payment Terms

  • Currently, registration and usage of the platform for both B2C users and B2B specialists are free of charge. However, in the future, Prowello may introduce fees for specialist listings or premium features, at which point users will be notified of any changes.
  • Users should carefully review any payment terms and conditions before subscribing to premium features, if applicable.

10. No Responsibility for Content

  • Prowello provides a platform for specialists to showcase their services, but we do not control or endorse any specific content, advice, or services provided by the specialists.
  • Specialists are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the services they offer.
  • Prowello is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from the actions or services of specialists. Users should exercise caution and seek independent professional advice when necessary.

11. Indemnification

Specialists agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Prowello, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their actions, services, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Prowello’s liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount the user has paid for access to the service (if any).
  • Prowello is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may result from the use of the platform or services provided by specialists.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
  • Specialists are also responsible for ensuring that their handling of users’ personal data complies with applicable data protection laws.
